Selected products (such as the Multi-Function Warmer) may come with an extended warranty period, subject to the specific product’s warranty terms stated at the time of purchase.
• Scope: This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

What is Covered

• Manufacturing defects
• Faulty workmanship
• Any other defects that arise under normal use

What is Not Covered

• Damage resulting from improper use, abuse, or accidents
• Normal wear and tear (including scratches, dents, and fading)
• Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized parties
• Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., heat, moisture)
• Consumables such as seals or gaskets unless proven to be defective at the time of purchase

Claim Process

Resolution

• Repair: If the defect can be repaired, 12 O’KLOCK will repair the item at no cost.
• Replacement: If the defect cannot be repaired, 12 O’KLOCK will replace the defective item with a new or refurbished item.
• Refund: If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued based on the purchase price.

Limitation and Transferability of Warranty
