Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Malaysia. We offer FREE tracked shipping in Malaysia above RM85. For orders below RM85, a standard tracked shipping fee of RM8 will apply.

Processing Time

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our Malaysian warehouse after being dispatched.

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 3 – 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Processing Delays: During high volume periods such as holidays or promotions, processing times may be delayed. We will communicate any significant delays.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Shipping Working Days
    • Peninsular Malaysia: 1-3 business days
    • East of Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5-7 business days
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We only ship to Singapore. International shipping rates will vary depending on the location and courier charges. Rates will be calculated at checkout. 

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the courier’s website.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt to file a claim. Provide photos of the damaged package and product.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the courier to locate your package or provide a replacement if necessary.
