Refund Policy

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and items marked as final sale.

Process for Returns

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@12oklock.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the return authorization number, and ship it to the address provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Processing Time: It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Contact Your Bank: Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
